PIPSC Laval Branch Executive Meeting on February 4, 2026.
The meeting started at 5:25 p.m.
Pierre welcomed us to the meeting. Agenda Items:
- Request by Christian Gauthier to join the Laval Branch Executive.
- Resignation of President Pierre Morin due to illness.
- Withdrawal of Patrick Malenfant from the position of Treasurer due to appointment to a management position.
- Miscellaneous
Julie moved to adopt the agenda, seconded by Pierre.
- We unanimously accepted Christian on the Laval Branch Executive.
- Pierre announced that he is stepping down as Branch President today. Valerie Tremblay will take over as President until the elections at the end of the year. Christian will assist her in her duties, as he is taking over the position of Vice-President that was held by Valerie.
- Since Patrick can no longer serve as Treasurer, Pierre informed him of the situation. Julie Guillemette accepted the position of Treasurer, replacing Patrick. The signing officers for the Laval Branch Executive as of today are: Valerie, Christian and Julie. Valerie will take care of updating the signing officers at PIPSC.

Julie moved to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Pierre. The meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
