Subject: Selection Process for President of the Environment and Climate Change Canada National Consultation Team
The selection process for the President of the Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) National Consultation Team (NCT) will be underway shortly. Pursuant to section 2.1 of the NCT’s Terms of Reference, all PIPSC ECCC stewards may vote for the ECCC NCT President and the results of the vote will be put forward to the Institute as the NCT’s recommendation. The criteria for appointment as NCT President is outlined in the PIPSC Policy on Union-Management Relations: Consultation and Co-development.
Please note that interested parties will have two weeks to submit their applications, starting from the date the Notice of the Process is posted and sent to PIPSC ECCC stewards. These applications will be jointly circulated to stewards who will then have one week to vote. Please note that there may be delays in the process to provide for the translation of documents.
