PIPSC is the bargaining agent for more than 41 knowledge-based professional groups and negotiates with 27 different employers in 7 jurisdictions.

PIPSC ensures representation and renewal of collective agreements by negotiating with the Treasury Board of Canada – who serves as the general manager and employer of the federal public service.
