NAV Canada Bargaining Update – July 2019
The PIPSC NAV CANADA Group bargaining team was in bargaining preparation on Monday July 29, 30 and 31 in Ottawa. During these three productive days the team reviewed the survey results once again in addition to the complaints and grievances that arose since 2017.
We began establishing your bargaining priorities for this round and will continue to do so in September on the 11, 12 and 13. We have scheduled bargaining dates with the employer from October 7-11 and from October 28-November 1, 2019.
Our collective agreement expired on April 30, 2019. Pierre Ouellet, our PIPSC negotiator, filed notice to bargain with the employer in accordance with PART I, DIVISION IV of the Canada Labor Code.
