As a member of the group executive, your role is to:
- Further the professional interests of the members
- Protect the status and standards of our profession
- Represent the views of the members on matters affecting them
- Ensure that the interests of the group are represented in all proceedings of PIPSC and the employer
If you are interested, submit your nomination by Friday, October 15, 2021, at 3:00 PM ET using the form below. Please disconnect from the government’s VPN and use your own personal device to make sure the form loads below.
Successful candidates will be appointed as members-at-large. After the election, the executive as a whole meets in December after the annual general meeting and decides who will fill the named roles on the executive including the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Chief Steward.
The nomination and election process is governed by our Group bylaws.
