PIPSC AFS Edmonton Subgroup notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Your PIPSC-AFS Edmonton Subgroup is pleased to invite you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) after a two year hiatus. The AGM will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at the Cork & Barley Restaurant - 4274 137 Ave NW, Edmonton AB T5Y 2W7.
Toonie Bar at 5:00
Business Meeting at 5:30 Sharp
Dinner and Guest Speakers at 6:30 or at the conclusion of business
Virtual attendance will be facilitated by Zoom for those who cannot attend in person.

You are restricted to one entry per email but can edit your response if needed. Please RSVP by noon on April 8, 2022. The google form above will also take your meal order for the AGM and allow you to list any dietary requirements (if attending in person).
Elections will be held for all 10 positions on the AFS Edmonton Subgroup:
> President
> Vice-President
> Treasurer
> Secretary
> Member at large (6 positions)
Nominations for any of these positions can be made in advance by email to pipscafssubgroup.edmonton@yahoo.com. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor of the AGM.
Robert Trudeau, Prairie / NWT Region AFS Representative will speak. Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the evening. Winners must be present to receive a prize.
