Le Centre Sheraton Montreal - 1201 René-Lévesque Blvd W, Montreal, Quebec H3B 2L7, in the Ballroom on the 4th floor.
Le Centre Sheraton Montreal will be filled on a first come, first served basis. We will treat delegates, staff and then observers in that order.
Delegates and observers will check-in at the AGM Check-in desk. Members with general AGM questions can visit the AGM information desk.

Parking:
Parking is included for guests staying at the Centre Sheraton Montreal hotel based on available spots within the lot. Members are welcomed to claim parking fares at the hotel if they are not guests staying overnight at the parking lot locations listed below.

Simultaneous Interpretation Devices
Once checked-in, delegates and observers can obtain their simultaneous interpretation device if required.
Lost or damaged devices will be charged back to the member:

AGM Binders
The AGM binder will not be printed this year. If you requested a tablet during registration, you will receive one with the AGM Application included. All regular binder information will be available within the app.

Orientation Session
AGM Orientation Sessions will take place virtually via Zoom on November 8th from 7:00pm - 9:00pm Eastern Time and November 10th, 2022 from 1:00pm-3:00pm Eastern Time. You will receive an invite prior to the event.
Thursday Night (November 17)
Some constituent bodies will be having delegates’ meetings that evening which was part of the registration process for those invited.
Friday (November 18)
Tradeshow - 20th anniversary ServicePlus tradeshow, 4:00pm - 7:00pm Eastern Time
Reception - 9:00pm -12:00am Eastern Time in Salon Drummond.
Saturday Night (November 19)
Family Friendly Reception - 7:00pm - 10:00pm Eastern Time in Salon Drummond (Alcohol-Free Karaoke)
Child Care
There is no hosted childcare onsite.
Meals and Allowances
The following meals will be provided and therefore cannot be claimed:

Travel and Accommodation
Flight and hotel reservations must be made through the AGM registration system and Concur Travel link on your registration confirmation page. Please do not make arrangements with the hotel directly.
If you require a car rental, or train, please call BCD at 1-866-768-7624 and indicate the meeting name, date and location found in your invitation email.
Please be advised that when making your travel arrangements, Concur Travel will be using flight credits where possible.
All expenses incurred by observers (travel, accommodation, salary replacement, all meals and incidentals) are the responsibility of the sponsoring constituent body.
Transportation
Parking - There is a limited number of parking spaces available at the hotel. We cannot guarantee parking for your vehicle should you use it.
Airport - Shuttle service to and from the airport will not be available. Cabs are typically between 14-27 minutes and around $45.
Train - The Montreal Central Train Station is a 6 minute walk from the hotel.
