INTRODUCTORY REMARKS:
1. Chad called the meeting to order at 1728hrs. The purpose of the meeting is to plan for the Christmas social on 17 December in conjunction with the IT sub-group and SH sub-group.

2. The location for the Christmas social has been confirmed, December 17 from 1300-1630 at Dooly’s in Greenwood. Approval has been granted by unit CO’s. |

4. OLD BUSINESS/ONGOING a. N/A 5. NEW BUSINESS a. A discussion was held on the upcoming Christmas social. It was decided the Branch would cover the cost of food, refreshments and venue. The IT sub-group and SH sub-group will each purchase eight $25 gift cards to use as prizes. |
