The Greater Vancouver Branch Executive invites you to come and enjoy a relaxing and informative evening with fellow PIPSC members and staff of the Professional Institute.
Morgan Cranny, Regional Director for the BC/Yukon Region will be one of the guest speakers.
The AGM is an opportunity for all of us to come together to discuss common concerns and share our ideas for the Branch and PIPSC. We hope to see you at the AGM.
Note that this is a business meeting for Greater Vancouver Branch members only.
Please confirm your attendance at the AGM by Thursday, November 20, 2025 by registering your name, PIPSC membership number, work and/or home telephone numbers at tpowers@telus.net. We suggest that you confirm early, as seating for dinner is limited to 70 members at this facility, and so we can make the final catering arrangements. A meal cannot be guaranteed for a member’s dinner registration received after November 20, 2025. Should your plans change, and you find that you are unable to attend after registering, please advise us at tpowers@telus.net. as we are required to pay for all ordered meals, even if not consumed. At the time of registration, please indicate your meal choice of vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
NOTICE OF AMENDMENTS TO THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS
Please be advised that the PIPSC Greater Vancouver Branch will be seeking the memberships’ approval to amend By-Laws 6.2 and 7.3.4 of the PIPSC’s Greater Vancouver Branch By-Laws.

NOTICE OF ELECTION
Please be advised that there are five (5) positions open for election on the Greater Vancouver Branch Executive. Note that the positions are to be filled for a 2-year term for the years 2026 and 2027.
Nominations for the open positions on the PIPSC Greater Vancouver Branch Executive may be submitted in writing and received by the Election Committee Chair by Thursday, November 20, 2025 or made from the floor during the AGM.
