Emailed Branch executives Feb 8, 2024 meeting minutes. Reviewed minutes. Approved minutes. Moved by Colin McBride. Seconded by Mauro Defeudis. Carried.
- Planning Branch AGM 2024
Overwhelming response with having 100 confirmed/paid attendees so far. Add two additional tables (20 attendees) at $65/pp with possiblility of adding another two tables (total 14 tables/140 attendees). Moved by Colin McBride. Seconded by Mauro Defeudis. Carried.
Funding for additional tables – Lauren Kunimoto will contact the Region and Simon Chiu for funding.
Decided to forgo giftcards to help fund the extra tables.
Gurpreet Khera will issue deposit to Lee Garden.
