NOTICE OF MEETING

80th BC/Yukon Regional Council

The 80th British Columbia/Yukon Regional Council Meeting is scheduled for the afternoon of Friday, June 13th and Saturday, June 14th, 2025 at the Tigh Na Mara resort in Parksville BC.
 

Delegate Allotment

Branch Presidents should begin to identify their delegates immediately.

The delegate numbers are as follows:

*The Regional Director is not part of the delegate count.

Branch Presidents, please provide the name(s) of your delegate(s) and alternate(s) no later than Friday, March 28, 2025 to Patricia Fung at pfung@pipsc.ca. Delegates will be sent a link to register with details for registration, travel and accommodations.

In addition there will be up to five (5) delegates assigned by the Regional Executive from Young Professional and/or Employment Equity Groups. If you have young professional or equity seeking members who are interested and active who you cannot send based on your delegate allocation, please also submit their names Patricia Fung (pfung@pipsc.ca)

Branch Reports, Committee Reports and Resolutions

Please note, Branch reports, Committee reports and resolutions to be included in the virtual binder are due by Friday, April 25th. In order for documents to be translated and included in the virtual binder, please respect this due date for materials.
