Approval of Agenda The meeting was called to order at 5:25pm. Approval for changed agenda as no guest speaker this year. Moved Dan Weaver, seconded Deb Butler. AIF – Carried	President
Approval of Previous AGM minutes Motion to approve the 2022 minutes – Dan Weaver; seconded by Mike Fisher. AIF - Carried	President
President’s Report The President welcomed everyone. President strongly advised that unions should stick together at this time. President talked about AGM Montreal and different speakers which spoke at the meeting. President explained his feelings on AGM Mtrl and that not much was accomplished. Deb explained EROs and what they do in the union. Deb also explained currently PIPSC has no Director of Finance. President supports members to email PIPSC for any questions they feel need to be answered.	President
Financial Report Deb motioned to receive the 2022 financial reports and the 2022 proposed budget. Moved Dan Weaver, 2^nd Shelley Moring. AIF – Carried President motioned to receive the 2023 YTD spending. Seconded by Lisa Shears. Deb spoke about the budget, in Kevin’s absence. President explained dues increase got voted down. He explained his view and what it may cost if we have an increase in coming years. President spoke about where money was spent at AGM Mtrl. President talked about PIPSC website and cost increase for new PIPSC Website.	Deb Butler
