The Calgary Branch invites its members only to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Meet and greet: 4:30 PM
Meeting: 5:30 PM - call to order
Dinner: 7:00 PM - free plated dinner

Any member is welcome to join for the election.
If you have special dietary requirements or if you are unable to attend, please advise the President, Courtney Walker at cwalker@pipsc.ca. Each dinner costs $60, so please advise us if you can’t attend and we will contact the next member on the waitlist.
Election: If you want to nominate a member or are interested in holding a position on the Calgary Branch Executive, please forward your completed nomination form, prior to the meeting, to the Elections Committee Chair: Isaiah Kyler at isaiahkyler@gmail.com. This will assist with promoting a timely meeting. For your convenience, a nomination form is attached. Nominations for elections will also be accepted from the floor. Any regular or retired member of the Institute who is a member in good standing of the Calgary Branch is eligible to run.
Elections will be held for the following positions:
- President (2 year term), 1 position
- Vice President (1 year term), 1 position
- Secretary (2 year term), 1 position
- Treasurer (1 year term), 1 position
- Member-at-Large (2 year term), 4 positions
- Member-at-Large (1 year term), 3 positions

Reports will be given by the President and the Treasurer. The agenda is available when you register online. Last year’s meeting minutes will be provided at the meeting.
Members may be entitled to claim fees related to the care of qualified family members resulting from attending the meeting by submitting an Expense Claim form accompanied by a receipt. Additional details will be provided at the AGM on how to submit your claim.
