The executives of your PIPSC Mauricie Branch invite you to meet in person and reconnect with your union at your 2025 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at the Jack Saloon restaurant in Trois-Rivières. 

Benoit Pelletier, Quebec Regional Director, will also be there to discuss national issues. Come join us and let’s talk about it!

Members of your executive will talk to you about the hot topics of the day. We will also report on the year following the elections. 

Please confirm your attendance before June 5, 2025, by sending an email to areucherand@pipsc.ca. Please note that the meal will be paid for the first 20 people.

Notice of Election – Mauricie Branch

Some Executive positions are up for election this year. To ensure continuity in the Executive, it is proposed that the positions of Vice-President and Secretary be filled for a one-year term, and that the positions of President and Treasurer, and two positions of Directors be filled for a two-year term. 

These positions will be up for election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

Nominations may be submitted in writing up to the start of the 2025 AGM, or from the floor at the AGM. To run for a position, a candidate must be a regular member of the Mauricie Branch. All written nominations must be sent to Benoit Pelletier, assistant returning officer, at bpelletier@pipsc.ca. A member whose nomination has been submitted in writing but who doesn’t expect to attend the Branch 2025 AGM must notify the assistant returning officer in writing.
