Join us for an informative session that's important to you!
We are pleased to invite you to an in-person event for all young federal public servants of the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) who are interested in learning about your Quebec Youth Committee. This engaging session will take place on April 17, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Boston Pizza in the Delta Hotel in Jonquière, Saguenay!
Food will be offered to members in person with a maximum of two (2) drinks allowed.
Depending on demand, a speaker may be available to answer your questions. We therefore encourage you to indicate your interests on the form and bring your questions. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and connect with colleagues in the region.
This event will be conducted primarily in French.

*Depending on the number of participants, priority will be given to people under 40 years of age or with fewer years of service.

How to participate?
To allow us to confirm the number of people at the restaurant, please complete the following registration form before the end of the day on April 13, 2026 :
In the event of cancellation, registered participants will receive a cancellation notice. The registration form will remain active until April 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM to allow you to change your information or indicate that you will be unable to attend.
Please note that the form requires that you sign-in with a Google account. If you do not have one, you can obtain one from PIPSC.
To create a PIPSC email address, use the member portal (https://pipsc.ca/member-tools/create-pipsc-email-account) and fill out the form with your name, membership number and a personal email (not your employer’s). Processing may take several days due to high application volume.
