INVITATION TO THE 79TH QUEBEC REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Quebec Region Members:
The next Quebec Regional Council meeting, set to take place on May 1st and 2nd , 2020 at L’Estrimont, Suites & Spa, located at 44, avenue de l’Auberge, Orford, Qc, J1X 6J3, will be our sixth “paperless” meeting.
As much as possible, all documents will be posted (beginning in April) on the PIPSC website http://www.pipsc.ca/regions/quebec
To register, kindly fill out the registration form on PIPSC Website using the following link https://www.pipsc.ca/portal/page/portal/website/regions/quebec/reg and submit it by Friday, March 29, 2020 by 5 pm at the latest.
The Quebec Region By-Laws and Regulations can be found by clicking on the following link: http://www.pipsc.ca/regions/quebec/bylaws
The following electronic documents must be sent to the Montreal Regional Office to the attention of Anne Renaud (arenaud@pipsc.ca) at the latest:
- In accordance with By-Law 9.2 of the Quebec Region By-Laws and Regulations, motions to amend the By-Laws and Regulations: March 20, 2020
- National and Regional Committee Reports: April 3, 2020
- Branch President Reports: April 3, 2020
Note to Branch Presidents: You will be required to produce a written report even if you present it orally at the Regional Council Meeting.
