Whereas the NR group By-Laws origins were in the 2000 AP group By-Laws;
Whereas the group executive composition and travel have to respect current PIPSC By-Laws, Regulations and Policies;
Whereas there has been numerous debates over many years about NR group By-Laws on this subject;
Be it resolved that the following 3 steps are taken:
A- NR group executive consults the BLPC before September 2019 on options for the NR group executive composition and elections;
B- Submit these options to the whole NR group membership for their preferences before November 2019; and
C- NR Group By-Laws and policies proposals are to be published by 1 March 2020 for 2020 NR Group AGM.
