Topic: Invitation to your Guild’s 2021 Annual General Meeting

Dear colleagues,
On behalf of your Executive, I am pleased to invite you to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Québec City Chapter of the Retired Members Guild. This meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at 11 a.m. at the restaurant Le Rascal, 5050 Boulevard Wilfrid-Hamel, Québec City, QC, G2X 5X5. Please find attached the agenda for this AGM, the draft minutes of the 2019 AGM and the nomination document for our Executive positions. For reasons you are well aware of, the 2020 AGM was cancelled and along with it, the election of your Executive. Elections will therefore be held at the November 2021 AGM to fill these Executive positions.
Lunch will be served on the day. There are a limited number of in-person spots available. To reserve your spot, please contact our Secretary/Treasurer, Madeleine Lapointe, via email (lampointe@outlook.com) or phone (418-626-5613) by Tuesday, November 9, 2021. Proof of vaccination will be required to attend the meeting in person.

Remember that without your active support and participation, your Guild will struggle to effectively defend your acquired rights with the Institute and your former employer the Federal Government.
