The Pay Equity Committee at CNL has completed the process of creating job classes which include similar duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and the same compensation plan within the same range of salary rates. The committee is gathering more information on the job descriptions using a Job Information Questionnaire (JIQ). Some of you have already completed this JIQ.
The information that participants have provided in the JIQ, allows the committee to have a better understanding of the work that you do. It is not a performance appraisal. We use this information solely for the purpose of pay equity and comparing predominantly female jobs to predominantly male jobs of equal value to identify any wage gaps.
In the event the committee requires further clarification from participants, we will reach out to you for your simplification of a response.
Once we have compiled all of the JIQs, our next step will be the commencement of rating the value of work.
